The property is arranged on two levels and offers open plan living area on the upper level which flow onto a fabulous upper terrace where you can watch the surfers and turtles in the ocean. There are three double bedrooms on this level, one seaside with an Ensuite shower room, the other two at the rear and sharing a shower room. For larger numbers of guests requiring more than 3 bedrooms, the lower ground floor offers a further 2 bedrooms. The beautiful double bedroom has doors opening out onto the shaded lower terrace and the most incredible view over the bay. There is a shower room with two sinks and a twin room also with doors opening over the lower terrace. All bedrooms have air conditioning. A separate pool table room which overlooks the water and the terraced ponds is on the upper level and provides a fabulous spot for relaxing. The house lends itself to various rental options be our guests a small family or a larger number of guests. The new plunge pool Is a great space to cool off, chill out with a beer or rum punch and enjoy the view! Surf kit is available to use at the property, for more specific requirements and surf lessons there are nearby surf schools. There is good WIFI throughout and the villa is walking distance to Oistins where you can enjoy a taste of true Barbadian culture at the weekly Friday night Bajan fish fry. The location, high specification and level of detail in the design of this property will have guests wishing they could stay for longer and many of our guests long to return to this little piece of paradise. Other things to note Miami Beach is a short stroll and is perfect for kids. Oistins centre is a 15 minute walk has all the necessary conveniences including a daily fish market. A car is recommended to see other parts of the island.
