In the heart of the hamlet of Montlougue, in the Tarn, between sunflower fields and the edge of the woods, our charming gite and guest house is an old farmhouse from 1850, completely renovated to offer authentic and comfortable accommodation. Ideally located halfway between Toulouse, Albi and Montauban, it welcomes families and groups of friends in a peaceful and green setting. In summer, you can enjoy the private rental of the building and its four spacious suites. The space In summer, you can book the entire estate, consisting of 2 adjoining cottages arranged around a charming covered courtyard, for a total capacity of 20 beds. Sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning are included so that your holiday starts without constraints. The large gîte – 200 m² The central living area immediately captivates with its 1,076 sq. ft. living room, featuring an ultra-equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, dual coffee maker, etc.), a cozy lounge area around the fireplace insert, a TV, and a large farmhouse table for your gourmet meals. You will also enjoy a laundry room (washer and dryer), a separate toilet, and reliable Wi-Fi. Outside: terrace shaded by large parasols, convivial covered patio for barbecue evenings, 10 × 4 m secured swimming pool overlooking the woods, and private parking at the entrance to the property. For sleeping arrangements, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed and a private bathroom: Out of Sight Mauzac Duras Braucol Each bedroom has a mezzanine above it with 1 single bed (please note: low ceiling height – ideal for children and teenagers). The space is completed by a sofa bed in the living room for 2 additional guests. The small gîte – 45 m² Cozy and independent, it opens onto a bright room with a living room and kitchenette.
