It offers panoramic ocean views, a fully equipped kitchen with a bar, a Smart TV, a TV room, a dining room, and an entertainment area (foosball table, karaoke, TV with speakers), BBQ ranch areas on the beach, an outdoor shower, and private indoor parking for 3 vehicles. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a twin bed. The second bedroom has 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. The jacuzzi has hydrojets and bubbles, but IT DOES NOT HAVE HOT WATER. Guest access This beach house is in a very safe neighborhood, with open social spaces and the possibility of closing the rolling doors when guests prefer. Access is via an automatic key with a code, which is provided to guests when they confirm their reservation Other things to note Excellent Location: Just 5 minutes from downtown Puntarenas, Paseo de los Turistas and the main supermarkets. - The Jacuzzi water is warm, NOT hot. - Events are not allowed. - No additional guests allowed.
