Maison de Gaston view & terrace in the heart of Luberon

Welcome to Maison de Gaston, renovated in 2020. The house is located in the village of Villars, municipality of Luberon, in a quiet alley, sunny from the morning with panoramic views. Guests can enjoy outdoor dining thanks to the terrace and its two arbors. The lockable bike garage and free parking spaces are below the house. Hiking and biking are nearby, Colorado Provençal, the Circuit des Ocres by bike, the Golf des Ocres, Gordes, Roussillon The space The house includes a sunny main room with a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, a living room with a sofa and TV and free high-speed Wi-Fi, a desk. A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed, a closet and a desk. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, a vanity and a closet, a laundry room with toilet, air conditioning and heating. You also have a terrace with garden furniture, an electric grill for outdoor dining. The renovation work has made it possible to bring a lot of comfort, in particular a large walk-in shower 90 x 140 in a 10 m² bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with rotating heat oven, induction cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, range hood, heating blender, microwave, Senseo coffee machines, Nespresso, filter isotherm and toaster. At your disposal to start your stay: liquid hand soap, toilet paper, dishwasher tablet, dishwashing liquid, paper towel, Senseo coffee capsules, 2 Nespresso capsules or equivalent, filters, ground coffee, tea bags, sugar, oil and vinegar, salt and pepper. Come and discover a spacious house for 2 people with neat and original decoration; the furniture is made by us. We have put a laptop or tablet desk in the bedroom and in the living room to comfortably telecommute. The house is equipped with a water softener, integrated vacuum for easier and very hygienic cleaning since the vacuum cleaner is in the garage below the house. A Daikin heat pump is used to heat or cool the entire house, the temperature is set using a remote control. Year-round possibility of arrival any day of the week. Please note that children are not allowed at Gaston's house for safety reasons (no stair railing between the terrace and the entrance). Possibility of accommodating babies who cannot walk, on request a baby cot and bathtub can be made available. Please note that consumable products are available for your arrival but they will not be in sufficient quantity for the duration of your stay. A fire extinguisher is available for your safety and that of the accommodation, to be used only if a fire breaks out (bedroom closet). Despite all the love we have for animals, they are not allowed at Gaston's house. Guest access Guests have access to the whole accommodation and the terrace as well as the bike garage. Parking is below the house in front of our gates. There is no paid parking in the village. The village has shops, the Bar des Amis, the La Fontaine restaurant, the wood-fired bread bakery, the Golf des Ocres 800 meters from the village. The Golf Restaurant is open every day. On Apt you will find supermarkets, organic shops, etc on Saint Saturnin les Apt charging point, electric car, pharmacy, butcher, bakery, etc... Electric charging stations in Saint-Saturnin-lès-Apt. Bike rental in Villars, APT, Roussillon, Bonnieux Other things to note For your comfort we bought a new couch at the end of October 2024 to replace the two armchairs. Gaston's House no longer has a hot tub. I don't offer breakfast in my home. Possibility to rent bikes from the baker in the village or on Apt, Bonnieux, Roussillon, Gordes.
