If you're looking for lake-front accomodation for family/friend group, office group, anyone between 1~40 pax, this place will fit your needs. We have total 10 rooms, @ can accomodate 2~5 persons. We have massive green grass & garden (BBQ, picnic, team outing), a 120-m lake-side walk with breath-taking scenery (perfect for drone), and a spacious hall overlooking the lake (indoor event). For other rooms please replace 'X' with 1~10, or drop us a message on any of the rooms. airbnb.com/h/pg-room-X The space Pondok Ganda is located right behind Marianna hotel, but we have our own access road which is directly off from Tuktuk main road and marked with clear signage. Our property has two floors (no lift). All 10 guest rooms are located upstairs, along with spacious relaxing lounge, TV, and all-day supply of tea/coffee and hot water (dispenser). Each of the 10 rooms has ensuite bathroom and balcony with seating area. Towels and shower liquid soap are available for use, however, toothbrush and toothpaste are not included. The ground floor is a big hall with a terrace overlooking the lake, and this is where we serve breakfast (breakfast is included in room rate). Free Wifi is available in all areas and rooms. You can park your vehicle in the car park just outside the building (within our secured area). Our massive garden and green grass are perfect for eco-lake exploration, meditation/healing activities, group BBQ/picnic, team outing, drone-flying, fishing (bring your own kit), or you can hop on to jet ski or banana boat that regularly cruises around the lake (fee is payable directly to the operator). When you venture our 120-m lake-side walk, you won't miss out our stunning Sopo Pondok Ganda, a gorgeous traditional Batak house that was used to store rice or meeting place. You can sit and relax on the wood deck, enjoy a non-obstructed view of Lake Toba and feel the calming breeze... Guest access You may access and use your own booked room(s), relaxing lounge, dining hall, garden, car park, beach, lake-side walk, and Sopo Pondok Ganda. However, please be cautious when walking on the lake-side, as there are no guards on duty at all lake front. We have put clear signs in those area where there is no access for guests. In the same location, there is another villa-style accomodation called Toba-∆-Scape that also accomodating other guests.
