Welcome to Skolehuset in Salhus, a very unique place. This charming unique apartment is located in a school building from 1878 and gives you the opportunity to live close to Bergen's industrial past. The schoolhouse is perfect for those seeking a peaceful and historical experience, with proximity to nature, culture and local attractions. The stylish apartment from the 1960s is equipped with everything you need, while retaining the nostalgic charm from the 1960s. The house is part of the Textile Industry Museum. The space You will be staying in the apartment that has been renovated to 1960s style which makes up about half of the old school house from 1878. The house is part of the Textile Industry Museum here in Salhus and as residents of the school house you get 20% discount on entrance to the museum and 20% discount in the Cafe! Bathroom: There is a toilet in the house, but for showering you must temporarily use a nearby building called Kveldheim.
