Charming townhouse on the coast

This family home is close to all sights and amenities. Located in Hermanville sur Mer, on the Côte de Nacre, you will stay in direct proximity to Caen (15 min by car), the beach (15 min walk, 5 min by bike and 2 min by car) and historic places and beaches! There are many shops within walking distance (100 m) such as a bakery, grocery store, butcher shop... Parking is available free of charge or you can reach the accommodation by public transport (bus stop 200 m away). The space The accommodation is fully equipped for 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms (double beds) and 1 living room with a sofa bed. We provide you with all the necessary toiletries (towel and soap/shampoo) for the duration of your stay. The accommodation has been equipped with an internet connection (High Speed via Orange Fiber) since 09/03/2025 and you have a workstation in a bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a classic filter coffee maker, kettle, microwave, oven, dishwasher and stove. We provide 3 bikes (2 adults and 1 child). You can easily park your vehicle for free on the street or in a parking lot 50 m from the accommodation. Two electric charging stations are available within a 100-meter walking distance. The garage allows you to park your bikes and motorcycles in a sheltered area. This place is non-smoking. No smoking inside or at the windows. Smokers will be able to go out into the common courtyard to smoke or use an electronic cigarette. Guest access The accommodation is located in a small courtyard, with a self check-in (key box). You can park for free on the street or in the free parking lot nearby (50 m) with ease. For cyclists and motorcyclists, the garage will allow you to park in the shelter.
