Fully individual approach at a friendly rate guaranteed! Welcome! The space Just a few steps through our lush green garden and here's your terrace — enjoy the fresh air and morning coffee there! Your private entrance features a smart code lock — no key needed. A built-in wardrobe and a cosy entrance hall welcome you inside. On your right, a bathroom with shower and a sauna perfect for two. On your left, a well-equipped kitchen with a fridge, Nespresso Creatista coffee machine, microwave, induction cooktop and toaster, with dining space for four. Settle into the living room and watch your favourite series on the huge Samsung Frame TV from the sofa that converts to a bed for a third guest. Tired? The bedroom features a 180x200 king size bed, a wardrobe and a working desk, overlooking the greenery. Fall asleep to the birds singing and wake up refreshed at Villa Paugust! Guest access As a guest you have a whole independent 42 sq. m. apartment to yourself — a cosy and private space with a separate smart lock entrance on the ground floor of the villa. The private bathroom features a shower and a sauna. The private outdoor terrace comes with outdoor sofa, table and chairs. The garden is shared across the whole villa. A laundry room and EV charger are both available on request. Other things to note The place is wonderfully quiet and idyllic. The birds sing so lovely here, and you are just 400 m from the lovely Edsviken inlet where you can take a dip during summer or simply enjoy the marvellous views and walking paths along the water. Helenelund commuter train station is a 15-20 minute walk or 10 minutes by bus 523 to either Helenelund or Sollentuna station. From Helenelund it takes about 15 minutes to Stockholm Central Station, and from Sollentuna about 20 minutes to Arlanda airport. We have a dog on the property — a lovely Labrador Retriever, young and playful. The hot tub is available May 1 – September 30 for 2026 season at an extra cost of 490 SEK per use. The sauna is free and available all year round.
