The space - Airbnb allows bookings for up to 16 guests; however, the villa can accommodate up to 25 guests. Any guests above 16 will be charged an additional per-adult fee over and above the Airbnb booking price. Board games are available to play. KITCHEN Guests do not have access to the kitchen. It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery. Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. LAWN There is a 1000 sq. ft lawn with a gazebo. It can seat up to 30 people at any given time. There is an open garden with a sit-out space. POOL There is a shared outdoor pool. The pool is 25ft x 18ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. Other things to note - Guests can choose to order from the in-house restaurant on an a la carte basis at an additional cost. - Guests may opt for breakfast at an additional charge of Rs. 500 + taxes per person. - Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase at the property. - Barbecue is available at an extra cost. - Alfresco dining is available at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Bonfire is complimentary, subject to availability. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
