Lovely 2 Bedroom Coach House. 2 Large Bedrooms, Living room with dining table & newly renovated kitchen & bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher & washing machine. King size bed in one room, Double bed and single bed in the other. Parking for 2 cars off road under the archway. Garden area with seating perfect to relax in the evenings. 1 mile to the town centre & Hereford Cathedral. Local Tesco Superstore 5 minutes walk away, perfect to pre-order a food shop. The space Kitchen to the front of the property which has been recently renovated. New wooden flooring laid throughout the downstairs - Small hallway from front door through to the lounge which has a dining table & chairs for 4. Patio doors open out to the garden area. Clean carpets throughout the upstairs of property except bathroom. Stairs in the living room that lead to the upstairs of the property. Once upstairs you have a large king size bed in this bedroom with a single sofa bed which can over all sleep six in the house ,to the right with build in wardrobes, small tv on wall and bedside units & draws for storage. First room on the left is a large bedroom that has a double bed and a single bed. Second door on the left upstairs is an ample sized bathroom with a walk in shower, toilet and hand basin. There is no bath in the property. Should you require anything for a baby like a highchair, travel cot or next to me crib. Please do reach out- we may be able to provide. We will try and help where we can. Travelling with little ones is a task on its own! Little people don’t travel light! In the lounge there is a large TV on the wall with sky. Remotes will be left on the side under the tv. Wifi is also available with the passcode pinned to the fridge. Please be mindful not to unplug the WiFi box during your stay. Guest access Front door access to the property, side gate & patio doors. Unfortunately we do not have a ramp. Other things to note Security Disclosure: For your safety and the security of the property, please note that there is a Ring doorbell camera located at the front door. This device records video and audio of the exterior entry area. There are no cameras or recording devices inside the home. We have just one small request: please treat our home with care and respect during your stay. We’ve put a great deal of time and effort into creating a welcoming and comfortable space for our guests, and it’s important to us to maintain the high standards we’ve set. We completely understand that accidents can happen, we’re all human! If anything does get broken during your stay, we simply ask that you let us know before check-out. This helps us take the appropriate steps, which will naturally depend on the extent of the issue. Even if it’s just a chipped cup or broken plate, giving us a quick heads-up is really helpful so we can replace it in time for our next guests. We truly appreciate your honesty and cooperation! We also don’t allow dogs up stairs there is a gates please keep it closed thank you for understanding … please note we have a security camera at the front off the house monitoring the entrance only ... within five minute walk from the property country park with lovely walks for the children and your loving pet with ducks, wild birds, turtles, and plenty of fish ..
