This is a clean little room with private bathroom located just outside bedroom door. Both bathroom and bedroom are very clean and located on the first floor of the home. The bedroom has a Queen bed with a memory foam mattress topper; cable, blue-ray disc player, flat screen smart TV with Netflix & work station desk. The nightstand has 110 volt power and USB outlets for charging electronics. Very clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of street parking. Guest access Help yourself using any part of the kitchen or just relax on either of two patios Other things to note >All potential guests are required to have an AirBnB profile photo of their face on file before booking. >No unregistered overnight guests allowed. >Please no smoking, vaping or drug use of any kind. No parties or overnight guests, >Please NO Food or Beverage (except bottled water) to be consumed in bedroom. Feel free to use stove, micro wave, coffee maker and dining table in kitchen- Please leave them clean for the next user. >Please Do Not wear your shoes in the house. Shoe storage available at the front door. >Please help us conserve- Re-use your bath towels- Dry them on the hooks provided near the shower- If you need an extra towel feel free to ask us to provide one for you >We respectfully request that all persons using the bathroom facilities please do so in a sitting position for all bodily functions. >Please turn off power to lights, fan and TV and lock both doors when you go out.
