On August 16, 2019, a 40-year-old Japanese house in Tejima, Kumagaya City, was reborn as a farm stay facility. The building has been updated with modern technology, and has highly insulated walls and double glazed windows to withstand the cold "karakaze" winds blowing down from Mt. Akagi and the hot summers of Kumagaya, which boasts the highest temperature in Japan. Less than 20 minutes by car from the south exit of Kumagaya Station. This place, right next to the embankment along the Ara River, has a completely different time flow from the north exit of the station. If you go up the back alley, you will see vast fields and greenery in front of you. You can re-experience the nostalgic Japanese scenery. The space We rent out a nice farmhouse in Osato, a renovated Japanese house with over 40 years of history. (Some private rooms are unavailable. Please let us know if you'd like a private room) There are many farmers living in the neighborhood, and you can experience a normal life that you can no longer experience in modern daily life living with nature. We want to provide accommodation that suits your style, so please feel free to ask us if you have any requests! The price is for room only, so please let me know separately if you would like breakfast or dinner. Guest access There is a cafe space kitchen on the first floor of the facility, but it is off-limits. Other things to note ・ Please note that if you are using it for 15 people or more, an additional futon fee of ¥5,500/person (tax included) will be charged. Even if you don't need a futon, it will cost ¥3,300 per person (tax included). (No extra charge for preschoolers) We can provide up to 19 sets of futons. There is no extra charge for co-sleeping. Please contact us if you have more people. If you are not staying overnight and use the facility, it will cost ¥1500/person (tax included). ・ There is also a private room in the building with a king size bed and bath, but it is not available for this whole house rental plan. Please be aware that staff will enter the cafe space and shared spaces to prepare for the first floor. ・ Since there is a private house next door, please be careful about the volume of your voice outdoors after 8 pm.
