Cosy guesthouse close to cities

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space! Our guest house is located in a small town between Malmö and Lund (accessible by nearby train 5 min to Lund and 10 to Malmö). It's newly renovated and, despite being only 16 sqm, it boasts a kitchenette, dining table, full bath with shower, and a comfortable foldout bed (80 cm/160 cm). You will have your own dining space outside in our spacious garden. Free parking. Ideal for 1-2 adults. Cot can be arranged. Welcome :) The space The building is a 100 year old former garage turned into a guest house. It sits right next the main building where we live. The guesthouse is in total 16 livable sqm. Living area: The bathroom is spacious with shower and floor heating. The new kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave oven, coffee and tea makers, toaster, portable stove and most of the things you might need for a weekend or a week. The fold-out sofa bed measures 160 cm wide in it’s full size. We can lend you a cot if you travel with a small child. Folding in the bed in the morning and folding out the table makes a more suitable floor plan during day time. There is TV and wifi, hangers and a small extra table for your bags. Outside you have your own sunny patio, dining table and of course a grill. Parking: There is free parking on the street outside the house and never crowded. We have a charger for EV. Location and attractions: The house is located in a calm and quiet neighbourhood, just 300 meters from Hjärup station. Trains for Malmö/south or Lund/north leaves every 15th minute. Malmö C is just 10 min with the train and Lund C is about 5 min away. This enables you to explore these cities easily or traveling further to Copenhagen or elsewhere in Skåne for day trips. Attractions: There are several attractions nearby (in addition to all that Malmö and Lund has to offer) such as Jakriborg, Uppåkra, Alnarp and Lomma beach. Jakriborg is a strange district in Hjärup, an urban planning experiment built in the 90’s but designed as an old 1500th century Hansa town. Uppåkra is a big archeological site with a beautiful church and a small musem center. Alnarp is home to Sweden agricultural university and hosts a beautiful park full of majestic trees and unusal flowers. Lomma beach in Lomma is just a 20 min bicycle ride away, perfect for sunny days. It is important to know that the house is quite small even though it feels quite spacious. It is ideal for 1-2 people. We hope that you will find it as beautiful and cosy as we think it is!
