A real haven of peace in the heart of a wooded park, you can come and rest in the calm and relax in this large cottage of 200 m² very comfortable. A private, heated and secure pool will have fun young and old from May to September. Ideal for 10-12 people with family , parents and grandparents or friends! The space This gite is an old rehabilitated barn. It is located in a completely enclosed and private enclosure. In the middle of the enclosure, a bamboo grove brings freshness and shade during sunny afternoons. Guests also have access to a 30-hectare wooded park where you can walk or bike (not provided). For fishing enthusiasts, 2 rivers will also be accessible to you. Other things to note Fishing and canoeing rental available from the property (to be arranged) In winter (from November to March), provide 1 supplement "heating" of 25€/day. This supplement is to be paid directly on the premises. It includes the supply of wood for the fireplace. Sheets and towels included in the "cleaning package" up to 140€ (10 people at 14€/person). On request, the "cleaning package" can be reduced to 120€ (instead of 260€) if you choose to bring your own sheets and towels.
