In the heart of Belledonne, our family home, renovated with love, invites you to enjoy calm, nature and comfort. Perfect for happy reunions, family or professional stays. Big parties don't fit in… but friendliness does! Welcome to the Catiche des Loutres! I live with my son in the other part of the house: we will be discreet, while being happy to meet you and interact with you. The space Our family home, the Catiche des Loutres, specially designed to meet in a comfortable way, welcomes you to Revel, Isère, in the heart of the Belledonne massif — just 20 minutes from Grenoble and 30 minutes from Chamrousse. This old stone building, completely renovated, combines the charm of the old with modern comforts for a peaceful and friendly stay. You can enjoy the terraces that offer beautiful views, and allow you to enjoy moments of relaxation, or discover the surrounding paths and hikes. Your spaces Ground floor: • A large bright and spacious living room, with seating and dining area, equipped with two sofas, including a convertible sofa that can accommodate 2 additional people (160 x 200). • A modern kitchen with central island, fully equipped to prepare your meals as if you were at home. • A shower room. • A separate toilet. • Two terraces to vary the pleasures, views and sun exposure: o One kitchen side, south facing. o A living room side, facing west. Upstairs: • Three spacious and comfortable bedrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140*190 and 1 sofa Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140 x 190, 1 bed 90 x 190 and 1 sofa Bedroom 3: bunk beds (90 x 190) and a sofa bed (80 x 200) • A second shower room with toilet. Outside • Private parking for 4 vehicles. • Large garden. • Petanque court. • Trampoline available for children (under your responsibility). Practical information • For families with babies: baby bed, highchair, booster seat and plastic dishes are available. • Linens and towels are provided. • Cat lovers will be delighted: two sweet and curious felines share our daily lives and can come to greet you. They enjoy the company of humans, but do not get along with other animals — that's why, for the sake of balance, we cannot accommodate pets. And if you are allergic, remember to let us know in advance, so that we can best adapt your stay. • Non-smoking house, both inside and outside near the openings. • For the respect of all, parties are not allowed. Your host I live with my son in the adjoining part of the house. We remain available if you need anything — or just for the pleasure of exchanging — while of course ensuring that your privacy and tranquility are respected. Revel (Isère) – Belledonne Massif Nestled between valleys, forests and peaks, Revel is a small typical mountain village, just 20 minutes from Grenoble and 30 minutes from Chamrousse ski resort. It is an ideal base for: - Hikers: marked trails for all levels, high-altitude lakes, grandiose panoramas. - Skiers and snow lovers: quick access to the resorts of Belledonne, Chamrousse or Les 7 Laux. - Athletes: mountain biking, trail, mountain biking. - Families and lovers of calm: unspoiled nature, clean air, rivers, forests, and village atmosphere - Travelers wishing to discover the capital of the Alps and its region: Grenoble is only 20-30 minutes away, with its museums, cable car, historic districts and all the cultural richness of the city. A perfect destination to unwind, reconnect with nature and enjoy the benefits of the mountains, summer and winter. ⚠️ Please note • The house, although renovated, retains its old charm: the floors can crack, and sometimes you can hear a few steps or voices — the life of a living and welcoming house! Guest access - Locate the barn with the sign "La Catiche des Loutres". - Park in the parking lot to the right of the trampoline (children can enjoy it under your supervision). - The entrance is downstairs, on the terrace side. The key box is just before the rainwater downspout. - Enter through the French window, after the small fountain.
