Spacious and bathed in light, it can accommodate up to 7 guests in a soothing setting, ideal for meeting with family, friends or for work. 🛏️ The bedrooms: The house has three comfortable bedrooms: – An elegant master suite with a 160 cm queen size bed, a custom-made dressing room and a private bathroom with a large walk-in shower. – A family room with a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), perfect for children or a couple with a child. – A third bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), carefully decorated to ensure rest and serenity. 🛁 Bathrooms – A second bathroom with bathtub, ideal for bathing the little ones or for a moment of relaxation after a busy day. – Separate toilets are also available on each level for extra comfort. 🍽️ Living spaces The large and bright living room opens onto a 600 m² wooded garden: a real green setting where you can enjoy a coffee in the sun, a meal on the terrace or simply the surrounding calm. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.), ideal for preparing good meals just like at home. The spacious and cozy living room invites you to relax with a good book, a board game or a movie. 🚶‍♀️ Activities & nature just a stone's throw away Nature and outdoor lovers, you will be delighted: – Many hiking trails and mountain bike trails leave directly from the house. – The Vilaine, just a few hundred yards away, offers beautiful bucolic walks. – The nearby Bouëxière mill is a nice stop for a nature walk or a photo break. 🚆 Access & transportation The house is 1 minute from Guichen – Bourg-des-Comptes train station, which allows you to reach Rennes in 15 minutes by TER. An ideal location to combine nature and proximity to the city! 🌿 A place to unwind This house has been designed to combine contemporary aesthetics and a preserved natural setting. Here, everything invites you to slow down, breathe, enjoy the present moment. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house as well as the 600 m² private garden. You can enjoy the premises exclusively: bedrooms, living room, equipped kitchen, bathrooms, terrace... The check-in is autonomous via a secure lockbox, the instructions for which will be sent to you before the stay. You can easily park for free just in front of the house.
