You can enjoy the nostalgic atmosphere by opening the muso door and leisurely viewing the scenery of the road from your room. There is no kitchen, but we provide a microwave, refrigerator, and electric kettle. The entrance area, bathroom, and restroom on the 1F are shared spaces. ＊No elevator ＊Information is available in Japanese and English. The space ・The room is on the 1st floor of a 2-story house. ・1 Room. LK2(room 102) is your private room. Please note that smoking is prohibited on the premises. Including in the entrance and balconies, etc, as well. If any evidence of smoking is found, a special cleaning fee (including odor removal) will be charged separately. However, smoking is only allowed in the courtyard where an ashtray is provided, so please be careful with fire. ・Please pay special attention to noise at night and early morning. ・Please close the windows, turn off the air conditioner and the lights in the room when you go out. ・Please be careful when using heaters and other fire-hazardous equipment. ・Actual costs for repair, replacement, or disposal of damaged or lost equipment or fixtures , including additional cleaning is required, may be charged separately. ・After check-out, if large items such as suitcases are left in the room or on the premises etc , a disposal fee of 5,000 JPY will be charged. ・Quilt covers and bed sheets may differ from the picture on our page as we change them for cleaning. We appreciate your understanding. ・Please note that there's a possibility of a delay in the cleaning schedule and we might not be able to finish cleaning by check-in time. If you leave your luggage before check-in time, please place it all together in the entrance area inside ​​the room. Lock the door and leave and please return after regular check-in time and complete the check-in procedure after that. ・Late check-out　 Not accepting early check out. If you check out after the regular check-out time, an additional fee may be charged. We do not accept luggage storage after check out as well. ・Primary Languages These rules will be made in Japanese and English.
