A trail starting right at the estate is available for hiking and horseback riding. Just a stone's throw away, you can enjoy a children's play area, a football pitch, and a natural pump track for mountain biking. Fleurey-sur-Ouche (4 km away) offers all amenities, the Ouche River, and the navigable Burgundy Canal, complete with a towpath suitable for walking and cycling. Thrill-seekers and speed enthusiasts can enjoy events and activities at the Dijon-Prenois racetrack, located 6 km away. Within a 15 km radius, you can go swimming at Lakes Kir, Grosbois, and Panthier. Dijon (20 km away) is a city on a human scale—a place of incredible culture and gastronomy. You can discover the Palace of the Dukes of Burgundy, the cathedral, numerous churches and religious buildings, the "Owl's Trail" (a cultural walking tour), museums, the covered market, the Cité de la Gastronomie, and more.
