The Ulivo and the Melograno are two comfortable studios born from a precise idea: to create spaces that combine a spirit of hospitality and modern comfort with a style that reflects and enhances the cultural and urban environment in which they are immersed. They embody our vision of hospitality, offering guests a unique and authentic experience that celebrates our roots, culture, and essential Mediterranean style. The space Olive and Pomegranate are two rooms obtained in a historic building and characterized by a raw, essential but warm and welcoming setting, inspired by the symbols of the Mediterranean culture and natural environment. The Ulivo is located on the ground floor and overlooks an internal courtyard, once the heart of city conviviality and today a space for meetings and neighborhood relations. The Melograno is located on the first floor, accessible via a flight of stairs, and celebrates the ancient family bond. Other things to note The studio apartment is located in the historic center of Frattamaggiore, a short walk from Piazza Umberto I and Corso Francesco Durante, respectively the hub and main artery of Frattese urban life. Here you will find bars, restaurants, cafes, shops and other services such as banks and pharmacies. The nearest supermarket is 300 meters from the accommodation, while the train station can be reached on foot in about ten minutes; from here, regional trains are available to Naples Central.
