Close to UCD, Sandyford Industrial Pk, Microsoft & the M50 motorway off exit 14. The space Our home is nestled within a small, thoughtfully designed housing estate that features a harmonious mix of private houses and apartments. It enjoys a unique and tranquil setting beside a spacious green, located at the foot of the historic site of Kilgobbin Church. This church, built in the early 1700s, stands on sacred ground dating back to the Celtic era, and is complemented by a remarkable 10th-century Celtic Cross—a powerful symbol of Ireland’s ancient spiritual heritage. It's located a 5 min walk to a local grocery shop, bar, restaurants, butchers & fishmongers. The house itself is semi-detached with side access to a private rear garden with ample car parking space to the front There are three bedrooms upstairs; single, bunks & master bedroom (ensuite) & main family bathroom. There's an attic bedroom on the top floor. Downstairs consists of a front room ( office space with couch), WC, galley kitchen, open plan living room dining area. Towels & bedlinen are supplied & the house is ideally suited for families. Guest access The entire house & garden is available Other things to note Bookings suitable for families only ; no groups. The fourth bedroom is on the third floor . It's a quiet residential neighbourhood so no parties are permitted.
