The Cottage is a cosy 2-bedroom retreat on 15 peaceful acres — ideal for couples, families, or small groups looking for a relaxing country escape. Just 40 minutes from Melbourne, enjoy fresh air, vineyard views, and friendly farm animals. Inside, you'll find a full kitchen, wood heater, aircon/heating in every room, smart TVs with Netflix, WiFi, and a spacious lounge. Kids will love the playground, bikes, and outdoor fun. The space • 2 Queen bedrooms • Extra bedding: double mattress and sofabed • 1 portacot available and high chair • 1 bathroom + extra toilet • Full kitchen & dining area • Washer/dryer • Smart TVs with Netflix • Split system heating/cooling + wood heater (wood provided) • BBQ (charcoal $20/bag) • indoor games, Playground with swings, slide, trampoline • Bikes and scooty for kids Guest access Guests enjoy full, private access to the guesthouse, separate from the main home. You’ll be on a working farm with: • Hand-feedable sheep ($5 feed bag) Free-range chickens – Kids (and adults!) can enjoy collecting fresh eggs from our happy hens. The experience is free, and if you’d like to enjoy them for breakfast, eggs are available at $8 per dozen. • Vineyard views & open space 🐶 Please note: Our friendly farm dog roams freely day and night as a guard dog. We can leash him during the day on request. Let us know in advance if needed. He is very cheeky and may take your boots, so it’s is recommended to take off your boots at the entrance or in the laundry area to avoid taking the farm mess inside. If you require a later check-in, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. Please note: To help us maintain the quality of our home and minimize unnecessary laundry, we kindly ask that guests use only the number of beds required for their stay. For example, if your booking is for two guests, please feel free to use one bed of your choice and leave the others unused. Quiet time: 7pm-7am No Pets and no Parties allowed!!
