Other things to note Note The House Rules: • Check-In: from 15:00 • Check-Out: by 10:00 Quiet Hours: Summer: 15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00 Winter: 15:30–17:30 & 22:00–07:30 • The lead guest must be at least 21 years old; we reserve the right to refuse bookings. • No parties or loud music; please respect the neighbors. • Smoking is permitted only outdoors. • No pets are allowed. • Maintain cleanliness and order throughout your stay. • Report any issues within 24 hours of check-in; complaints made at departure will not be considered. • Extra charges apply for lost keys or damaged remotes. • Firearms, flammable/explosive substances, and strong odors are not allowed. • Adhere to the maximum number of occupants and inform us of any visitors. • Use bins for papers, sanitary items, and food leftovers. • Turn off air conditioners and electrical appliances before leaving, and close windows and doors when using air conditioning. • Avoid damaging property or removing items. • Keep valuables in the safe and take care of your belongings. Supervise children • Do not leave rubbish outdoors; dispose of cigarette butts in ashtrays.
