Here, every detail has been thought out to offer a unique experience, between absolute comfort, custom design and unspoiled nature. The house covers 600 m² spread over several levels (not suitable for PRM). It includes 8 carefully decorated bedrooms: 6 of them have a semi-open shower room and toilet in the bedroom, while the remaining 2 share a separate bathroom. Hotel-quality bedding, custom-made joinery, carefully selected materials... everything has been designed to guarantee a high-end stay. Living spaces are large and bright. The main room offers a large table for 15 people; a common and warm space on the 1st floor with fireplace, a comfortable TV area, and a fully equipped designer kitchen (oven, stove, fridge, dishes, user-friendly countertop, etc.). This space offers a terrace with a view overlooking the plain and the mountains in the background. The house is fully air-conditioned and has Wi-Fi, a laundry room (washer and dryer), as well as a fitness room (3 appliances). Outside, enjoy a large plot with several parking spaces, a swimming pool with wooden terrace, a small soccer field, a plancha, and an outdoor dining area. A panoramic terrace with jacuzzi extends the interior spaces, ideal for your summer evenings or breakfasts facing nature. This cottage is the perfect place to meet in a quiet and inspiring environment. Whether for a family stay, a private event or an intimate seminar, you will be seduced by the quality of the services and the elegance of the place. Guest access The entire property is fully accessible to guests from 4:00 p.m., with an independent entrance via a key box. We ask guests to check in no later than 8:00 p.m.; the time until which we remain available. However, you will be able to access the accommodation 24 hours a day, but make sure you have received the check-in information beforehand. The cottage is accessible only by car. You can easily park 4 vehicles in the courtyard outside the accommodation. Other things to note Upon your arrival, we provide you with starting consumables for your convenience, such as garbage bags, toilet paper, shower gel and dishwashing liquid. Guests will be responsible for any additional consumables. In addition, we provide all bed linen, one bath towel per person, as well as kitchen linen (tea towel, microfiber cloth and sponge). You will also find some coffee pods and tea bags at your disposal, free of charge. Finally, parties are not allowed in the accommodation and the accommodation is entirely non-smoking inside.
