This spacious and beautifully renovated barn is the perfect base for exploring the local countryside with numerous walks on your doorstep. The property is well equipped with all the mod cons including a coffee machine and wine cooler. There's plenty of outdoor space for entertaining with a BBQ and outdoor seating, as well as a hot tub to soak in whilst admiring the views. The space This modern barn conversion comes with everything you need for a perfect country retreat. The spacious open plan living room has plenty of areas to relax after a long day exploring the local area as well as a gas wood-burner effect fireplace providing a really cosy atmosphere. The ground floor bathroom is a nice feature and has a fabulous roll top bath, perfect for a soak when you return from a walk in the local countryside. The ground floor family room has a large double as well as two pull out beds and an en suite shower room. There's also a cosy twin room downstairs perfect for small children. Upstairs the beamed master bedroom is spacious with plenty of room to fit the king-sized double bed and a separate shower room and toilet. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'd expect including dishwasher, washer/dryer and a large fridge freezer. Outside there's plenty of space for entertaining and as well as a six person hot tub and BBQ. Guest access The Luxury Barn is accessed via a private driveway and guests will be greeted by the owners upon arrival. If you are arriving late keys can be left in the lockbox for you to access the property. Sustainability The Luxury Barn is part of a beautifully converted set of farmhouses in the Derbyshire countryside. The owners provide you with fresh eggs and milk from their local farm and there are plenty of sheep in the nearby fields. The barn is partially powered by solar panels on the nearby farmhouse, reducing the carbon footprint of the property. We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays. Keep in mind Check-in: from 16:00 Check-out: by 10:00 Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival. Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 60 days before the date of travel. Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
