- Fukuyama Heisei University is across the street, Chugoku Central Hospital is 300m, Big Rose is 600m. There are many restaurants and retail stores nearby. ◯ There is one 15.5 tatami mat room for 5 people and one 6 tatami mat room for 2 people. Limited to one group per day. Since the floor is rented out, it can be used by a group or family. ◯ Pets are allowed. Please keep them in a cage. ◯ There are 2 electric beds and handrails in the building, so it is a friendly environment for the elderly. Unfortunately, the entrance to the bathroom is 80 cm, but most of the space is at least 81 cm wide, and all rooms are on the first floor. The bathroom is also spacious! It is also easy to assist small children and elderly people. ◯ There is free parking for 4 cars. Feel free to use the kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, condiments, etc. It has a large washing machine and dryer, so please stay for a long time. ◯ We can advise you on sightseeing in the surrounding area, such as Miyajima, Shimanami Kaido, and Izumo Taisha Shrine. There are many folk crafts in the pure Japanese-style house, so it is a valuable accommodation for those who want to experience Japanese culture. ◯ We will do our best to accommodate sudden stays without reservations, so please call us. There are rare days when I have a family member, but usually I am the only one, so please feel at home. ◯ The bed has a mattress + a 4 cm thick high-rebound mattress topper, and a 10 cm thick high-rebound mattress is available for those who use futons, so please rest assured. ◯ No smoking on premises. Guest access ◯ Almost everything on the 1st floor is for guests. Only the bathroom, entrance, and kitchen are shared. Please refrain from entering the second floor and the separate building as they are private. ◯ No one other than guests is allowed in the facility.
