Beachfront cottage in northern Gotland: 25 km from Visby

Cozy and homely cottage in a private location in beautiful Lickershamn! Here you live just a few minutes' walk from the sea stacks, swimming area with restaurant, mini golf, sand and stone beach and sunset on the horizon. The grocery store is 4 km away. The cottage has, among other things, large social areas, Wi-Fi and a pleasant south-facing patio. Large plot that offers space for both play and relaxation. Suitable for those who are looking for tranquility, nature and proximity to the sea, but at the same time want to be close to many other of northern Gotland's finest excursion destinations. The space The accommodation is 90 square meters with four rooms and open plan between kitchen, dining area and living room. Societal areas: In the kitchen there is plenty of space and equipment for cooking and five seated guests at the table, with windows in almost every direction and views of a large field. A soapstone stove and an open surface with mirrored walls connect the kitchen area with the living room. There are two large, comfortable sofas to sink into and two armchairs. The living room has a 42-inch TV with channels via broadband TV. Through the light in the north the sea is glimpsed and via the patio door the sunny patio is reached in a southwest facing position. Bedrooms: Three bedrooms of which two have a double bed and one has a single bed. The single bed room has a drape instead of door. In the larger bedroom there is a double bed, a wardrobe and a work corner for writing or crafting. The smaller bedroom is separated from the living room by a drape and has a single bed, a wardrobe, as well as two desk corners for children. The second bedroom with double bed also has a cabinet for clothes, as well as adjacent to the toilet and bathroom. Bathroom: Wet area equipped with toilet, shower cabin (about 185-190 cm ceiling height standing in the shower cabin), sink and small, top-fed washing machine. Fee swishas to the host at the end of the stay, SEK 50 per machine. Garden and patio: Corner plot that is a natural plot of about 2000 sqm. Two neighbors glimpse north and west, with minimal visibility. The balcony has a dining area for 6 people with sun from morning to evening. Playground with trampoline, swing, a small tree house with slide and 15 meters cable car. Other: Final cleaning is included (for a fee), but as a guest, you are expected to leave the place in a condition that does not require major cleaning (in accordance with Airbnb's guidelines.) Municipal water & sewer Guest access Full access to the cabin with all the equipment. Private storage spaces are marked with "private" so that it is easy to keep track of them. Adjacent to the house, there are a couple of bicycles in varying condition that you are welcome to borrow. On the property, there are two smaller cottages, storage rooms and a shed that are not included in the rent.
