The Studio, Apedroc

Description

A peaceful historic retreat, with breathtaking views of the Ashdown Forest, home of Winne the Pooh. The Studio is in the grounds of Apedroc, a medieval manor once owned by Queen Edith. Daniel Day-Lewis spent much of his childhood here when his grandfather owned Apedroc. Some of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon was recorded in the Studio. Apedroc is now a stud farm for racehorses, and home to sheep, peacocks and goats. A great spot for long rambles or trips to the three rustic pubs a mile away.
