The space The apartment is located on the ground floor of our newly restored half-timbered courtyard Kirchstraße 8 in Groß-Umstadt. The historic building has developed from an uninhabited problem child in the historic part of Wiebelsbach to a showcase property for monument protection and modernization. The apartment offers the opportunity to experience a very special living feeling. Each room of the apartment was designed with a lot of love for detail and furnished to a very high standard. The spacious and modern bathroom offers a large, barrier-free shower overlooking the Odenwald. The bedroom has a real hotel bed. The kitchen was equipped by the carpenter with a design specially designed for this apartment. All surfaces of the apartment are made exclusively of natural and high-quality materials. The small living room offers a highlight and unique selling point. There is a state-of-the-art media setup on an electrically height-adjustable desk. An extremely large 38-inch 4K monitor is connected here, including meeting technology with a Thunderbolt docking station. This gives our guests the opportunity to connect their laptop to this state-of-the-art setup with just one cable. Ideal for a week's workation in beautiful Odenwald. A Fire TV Stick with Netflix is also included for evening entertainment. Our large viewing terrace with beautiful views of the Odenwald can also be used. Power connections and fast Wi-Fi are also available here. A parking place is also available. A few meters away is a very good butcher. He also offers baked goods including rolls.
