Private First Floor Annex with Terrace near Rye

This newly refurbished, completely private and self-contained gem of a find offers our guests spectacular countryside views in conjunction with convenience! Nestled between the beautiful villages of Northiam and Beckley, we are 200 yards from the neighbourhood's favourite pub, The Rose and Crown, and opposite the bus stop, with buses taking you to Rye in 15 mins, award-winning beaches, castles and boat cruises. Cyclists will relish our quiet lanes and walkers enjoy footpaths from our door-step. The space Rangers View is a first floor annex with elevated views, having its own private landscaped patio area with covered snug for eating, drinking and relaxing. All lit up for evening enjoyment. The patio is accessed via a gate just beyond the steps to the annex, and further benefits from a charcoal bbq if alfresco eating is your summer buzz. The living area itself is 22ft long. Being bright and airy, it accommodates a lounge and dining/work space as well as a comfy chair/bed suitable for a single adult or child. There are electric, easy to use and instant heaters in each room and the bedroom is a cozy hideaway with contemporary touches. The kitchen and bathroom again are current, well-fitted and recently installed, providing our guests with a touch of elegance and efficiency. Prior booking required if guests would like to have the use of one of our garages to securely store bikes overnight. Come, relax and enjoy! Guest access On arrival, simply drive into Rangers Bars and park straight ahead of you in front of the garage to the left. (if two cars please park behind each other). The access to Rangers View Air BnB is to the left of the garages. Access is totally private, apparent and secure, as well as being automatically lit at night. Other things to note Dog Walking/Sitting Available. As previously mentioned we are happy to accommodate a small, well-behaved dog that keep their paws on the floor. As a recently retired dog-walker, I have kept my insurances current and am more than happy to dog sit or walk at a further cost.
