It is located in Montemezzo in Selva, 500 m above sea level, an oasis of peace, tranquility and well-being; a few minutes' drive from the beaches of Lake Como, restaurants, shops and all the amenities where you can practice water sports such as windsurfing, kitesurfing, canoeing or relax on a vast green area on the shores of the lake. The house is 30 m from the driveway where you can stop briefly to unload/load goods. In the area there are several free parking lots within a radius of 50 meters from the building and a larger parking lot about 100 meters away. The DALIA apartment is located on the first floor, the entrance opens onto the living room with a large balcony and a beautiful lake view; equipped with a sofa and 50-inch smart TV, dining table and kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, induction hob, microwave and kettle.
