View of the Vercors and its balconies. 3 bedrooms (one family bedroom, one single bedroom and a mezzanine). Two bathrooms and a kitchen-living room area. Departure of hikes from the accommodation. 20 min from Gresse-en-Vercors resort and Lake Monteynard. 10 min from Col de l'Arzelier (electric bike rental, hikes, restaurants). The gîte is self-managed. The space House completely renovated in 2024 and 2025 on 3 levels. A bedroom area, bathroom, relaxation area (hammock, reading area) and mezzanine / A kitchen area, living room equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, hob and electric oven as well as all the necessary kitchen utensils / A family bedroom area (bunk bed and double bed) with bathroom/toilet. The gîte has a wooden terrace, a garden area overlooking the Vercors and private parking. Other things to note If you come hiking (summer and winter), we can advise you or accompany you on and off the beaten track to help you discover the surrounding mountains and how they change (Mountain Guides and Glaciologists).
