Welcome to this characterful farmhouse nestled in the heart of the Orléans countryside, in Bricy. Here, the charm of the old meets modern comfort, in a natural and soothing setting. With 270 m², the house can accommodate up to 11 guests in ideal conditions. It has 4 comfortable bedrooms, with a combination of double and single beds, designed for families, groups of friends, etc. (Can be rented by the day, without an overnight stay, upon prior request for photo shoots, etc.) The space 🏠 Authentic living spaces Two large living rooms await you: • A dining/living room bathed in light, with its exposed stones, its suspended wood stove and its full-height bay windows opening onto the garden. • A second cozy living room, with traditional fireplace and billiards for warm and friendly evenings. 🍽️ Kitchen and bathrooms The equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare your meals independently. Two bathrooms are at your disposal, one with a spa bath, ideal for relaxing after a day in the countryside. 🌳 Outdoor and leisure The house is surrounded by 2,500 m² of wooded land, conducive to relaxation and games. • A pétanque court for sunny afternoons • An outdoor dining area with a gas plancha for friendly lunches • A large private swimming pool (heated and maintained with salt) to cool off on sunny days ⸻ This farmhouse is the ideal place for a refreshing break, between nature, comfort and authenticity. Guest access 🗝️ Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, both indoors and outdoors: house, garden, terrace, pool, petanque court, etc. The keys are handed over in person and an entry inventory is carried out on site. ⚠️ Check-in must take place before 7 p.m. No exceptions can be made: please arrange for one of the guests to be present before 7 p.m. This allows for a personalized welcome and to answer any questions you may have. 👉 In addition to classic stays, the house is also available by the day for filming, photo shoots, video clips, interviews, social media content, fashion catalogs, etc.: • Presence of a mandatory manager on site • Respect of the schedules set for the event (to be defined, e.g. 9 a.m.–7 p.m.) • Obligation to take out event liability insurance • Signing of a contract for the provision of the place (sent before the date) • List of equipment or participants to be sent 48 hours before Other things to note ⚠️ Other information to note • Children and occupants are the sole responsibility of the adults present. • A certificate of release of liability must be signed upon arrival for the use of the pool, wood-burning stove and fireplace. •. The pool is heated during the summer period only, namely June / July / August • The keys are handed over exclusively by hand, before 7 p.m. on the day of check-in. No exceptions will be possible: please organize accordingly. • No excesses, parties or disturbances will be tolerated. Outdoor surveillance cameras are active (gate & pool terrace): in case of inappropriate behavior, the police will be contacted immediately. 📌 Please note: overnight stays are possible from a minimum of 3 nights. If you see the option "1 night", it only concerns the rental by the day (shooting, filming, etc.) — no overnight stay is allowed in this case, in order to avoid any overflow. ✈️ Located close to the Bricy Air Base, the farmhouse offers you a rare little privilege: that of seeing, at certain times, the passage of military planes maneuvering to the delight of aviation enthusiasts... or simply curious people looking for a spectacular moment!
