As you step into the garden, you can enjoy the pool in sight, the sound of water brushing the ground, and relax in the sun on the lounge chair. You will be enchanted by the typical scents of Tuscan gardens, with centuries-old olive trees and citrus groves bursting with color in the summer. The house is spread across three levels. On the first floor, the living area offers comfort and functionality, in an ultra-modern and refined style. The spacious areas ensure comfort for all guests, and the highly-equipped kitchen, in addition to all the utensils you will need, includes a kettle, dishwasher, and a coffee machine with capsules. In the dining room, the large open-view table and sofa will offer you unique moments of conviviality with your family or friends. The second floor is dedicated to the sleeping area: three elegant separate bedrooms, each with a TV, private air conditioning, a walk-in closet, and wardrobe, will define your evenings in the utmost luxury and comfort. From the terraces with a view of the coastline, your gaze will be lost in the distant waves and the fiery sunsets of the Tyrrhenian Sea. The three modern bathrooms include a beautiful walk-in shower with chromotherapy and a Jacuzzi bathtub to rejuvenate both body and mind. On the ground floor, for wellness enthusiasts, a fully equipped gym allows you to work out without giving up the view and the beauty of exercising in the garden. The laundry area, with a washing machine and dryer, ensures all the comforts you need for longer stays. The high-speed Wi-Fi connection covers the entire villa, including the garden. A convenient private parking space is available on the property, inside the gate. At Villa Marelì, every day follows the rhythm of the wind, and every evening carries the taste of salt. A place to reconnect, relax, and breathe in the beauty of the Tuscan atmosphere. Guest access You will have access to the entire villa, the swimming pool, and the gym throughout your stay. During the week, garden maintenance will be carried out by the staff on Wednesdays, and pool cleaning will be done by our personnel on Mondays. Other things to note Upon arrival, the guest must provide the documents of all guests in order to be registered with the Municipality of Livorno. Check-ins after 10:00 PM will incur an additional fee of €25, to be paid upon arrival. Check-ins after midnight will incur an additional fee of €40, to be paid upon arrival. A security deposit of €300 is required at check-in. At check-out, subject to inspection by the staff confirming no damages have occurred, the deposit will be fully refunded to the guest.
