The space * ROCCHETTA CIONINI - MOTOR VALLEY * The residence, a private castle dating back to the 18th century, is located just 15 minutes by car from Sassuolo and 20 minutes from Maranello, on a ridge with a breathtaking view over the hills of the Motor Valley. The exceptional natural setting and the wonderful garden in which the property is immersed create an oasis of silence and tranquillity. The furnishings and internal organisation of the spaces, despite the modernisation required for modern comforts, have deliberately remained as authentic as possible. The ENTRANCE , with self check-in, is private and completely autonomous. The GROUND FLOOR of the castle was, in ancient times, intended only for service personnel and not designed to receive outside visitors. This is why it was a rustic, spartan and functional space and still remains so today. You will find a fully-equipped KITCHEN with everything you need to prepare a meal at home: fridge, oven, hob with 6 burners, microwave, dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery and all major kitchen utensils. We have also prepared a coffee corner with a Nespresso coffee machine with pods and a kettle with tea and herbal teas. On the same floor you will also find a LUNCH AREA, a complete BATHROOM with shower and a LAUNDRY with washer-dryer and linen storage. The FIRST FLOOR is the representative floor, where the family spent most of their time and where they welcomed guests. It is the main floor of the mansion, richly decorated, frescoed, and with large windows that give brightness and ensure a wonderful view from every angle. All the rooms are connected to each other. Among the various rooms you will find the marvellous and very luminous LIVING ROOM, the STUDIOLE, the LIBRARY, the representative DINING ROOM, the WRITING ROOM, the BEDROOM and a complete BATHROOM with bathtub. The SECOND FLOOR, on the other hand, is entirely dedicated to the sleeping area, with 3 DOUBLE BEDROOMS, a SINGLE BEDROOM and a small BATHROOM (only WC and washbasin, no shower). A huge and wonderful GARDEN surrounds the castle on all sides. You can stroll around, find perfect spots to relax, do yoga, read or simply enjoy the view. Outdoor table and chairs will allow you to enjoy lunch or an aperitif outdoors while the sun sets over the Motor Valley. ADDITIONAL SERVICES: Washing machine with detergent capsules, wifi connection, free parking inside the property. Bed linen and towels, provided by a professional laundry, are always included. The place is also connected to Modena by a bus, but having a car is definitely the best option. - Although the property has been adapted to modern conveniences, it has been deliberately left as authentic as possible in its internal organisation and furnishings. It is also set in a huge garden and in a rural hillside setting, with all the pros and cons of a country residence. Take this into account.
