After 7yrs of hosting our three en-suite rooms in our own home we now offer Cobber Cottage, a self contained 2 bed cottage in the village of Stocksfield. Quaint and with amazing views, the cottage is a short walk from shops, bus route, train station and pub. The cottage’s location is an ideal stay for several golf courses, places to fish, Hadrian’s Wall, Newcastle Quayside, the beautiful Northumberland coast and local festivals The space The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed, the second with adult sized bunk beds (which can have upper guard rail fitted for children). The bathroom has a bath with shower attachment and there is also a separate WC downstairs. The fully equipped kitchen has a built in washing machine, fridge and freezer. Microwave, kettle and toaster. The living space has a dining area, 2 settees, one of which is a bed settee for a booking of 6 people. Smart TV and Wi-fi. The glazed end wall gives amazing views of the Tyne valley. There is a small veranda with steps down to an enclosed patio area with table, chairs and washing line. To the front of the cottage there is off street parking for one car and roadside parking for an additional two.
