The space A large driveway welcomes you to Fox Hill House, with plenty of parking and spectacular views as you walk down the path. The holiday feeling starts the moment you arrive. Step inside, where classic Edwardian features mix with contemporary style. The grand entrance hall leads to beautifully designed living spaces, with jewel-toned velvets and modern Victoriana touches throughout. Herringbone flooring leads to the cocktail lounge, with velvet armchairs, a wood-burning stove and bespoke bar. At the heart of the house is the open-plan kitchen and dining area. The large kitchen island, high-end appliances and pantry provide everything needed for cooking and entertaining. Bang & Olufsen speakers run throughout the space, while the adjoining dining area has a large dining table and wood-burning stove. Doors open from the dining area onto the upper terrace, with spectacular views down the Teign Valley and an outdoor dining table. There is also a coral-painted cloakroom and a practical boot room with laundry facilities and drying space — perfect for muddy Dartmoor walks or days at the beach. Upstairs, the sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa and French doors opening onto a balcony with stunning Dartmoor views. There are four comfortable bedrooms, all decorated in calming neutral tones. The master bedroom has a super-king-size bed, Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom with a freestanding bath. Bedroom Two has a double bed and an en-suite with a freestanding egg-shaped bath. Bedroom Three has a double bed, while Bedroom Four has two full-size single beds, suitable for adults or children. There is a separate shower room for Bedrooms Three and Four.
