Our charming and spacious apartment is located on the 1st floor of a villa whose ground floor is neither inhabited nor rented to ensure you have a quiet stay. Very bright, it is conveniently located 15 minutes from the beaches, in a residential and peaceful area, close to the center of the village, shops and Montpellier. This 70 m2 2-bedroom apartment was completely renovated in 2025 to offer you a cozy nest. A large balcony overlooks the Mediterranean garden, parking area and swimming pool reserved for you. The space Our 3-room apartment has a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, microwave, dishwasher, oven, stovetop, small appliances), a very bright living and dining room, two beautiful double bedrooms, a bathroom with 2 sinks, separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine. Guest access The property is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful detached house. Entry is through the outside stairs autonomously. The ground floor is neither occupied nor rented. The garden area located at the front of the house, about 150 m², is reserved for you, as is the pool, which is private and not shared. The garden is composed of a pedestrian entrance, a parking space for you to park indoors if you wish, accessible through a 2.90 m wide gate, a Mediterranean garden, and a relaxation or dining area next to the pool. The back yard is full fenced. The ground floor of the house is a storage and office area that I personally occupy on certain days, so I sometimes cross the garden to get there, but to ensure your privacy, I always close the roller shutter. Other things to note The neighborhood is residential and very quiet. The neighborhood maintains good relations. The apartment is non-smoking. Parties and soirées are not allowed. Pets are allowed upon prior request. Linens are included in the price (Mattress and pillow protectors, fitted sheets, duvet cover, pillowcase, towels, dish towels). Our accommodation is located in Cournonterral, a village in the Hérault between the sea and the garrigue, 15 minutes from the beaches, 15 minutes from the gates of Montpellier, 20 minutes from Sète, 15 minutes from the land. The village is attractive with many local shops (bakery, pharmacy, supermarkets, hairdressers, banks, restaurants etc). A weekly market is held every Saturday morning. Beautiful walks are possible from our home. 2 nearby children's parks are popular with families.
