Welcome to 12A NEST, a peaceful stay in the heart of Chatswood. Please note it’s located on a hillside and access to the room requires using stairs. There is no lift. The bathroom is located within the master bedroom, so guests staying in small bedroom will need to pass through the master bedroom to access it. If this layout is not suitable for you, we kindly recommend considering another property. About parking: Free street parking is available on Goodchap Road. The space My house is located on a hillside. It's divided into Ground Floor, First Floor, and Lower Ground Floor. Our accommodation is on the First Floor. It's accessed via a private outdoor staircase with its own entrance and exit. The key is kept in the key box at the room entrance. The code will be sent the day before check-in. Self-check-in and check-out are very convenient. Guest access This is an apartment with independent entrance and exit, located on the 1st floor of the house. It is completely isolated from the landlord's living area. Enjoy 100% private space. Other things to note My single bed is in a semi-open bedroom separated from the living room by a curtain.
