Welcome to our charming accommodation located in Neuville-Day, a small corner of tranquility nestled on the banks of the Canal des Ardennes, with direct access to the greenway! Whether you're a bike rider, hiker or just looking for a peaceful stay in the heart of Ardennes nature, this place is for you. Facing lock no. 20, in the heart of the Locks Valley, our house offers you all the comforts you desire. The space ▶️ Ground floor: 1 living room by the fireplace with library, 1 dining room with 1 TV area, 1 equipped kitchen (with basic products), 1 veranda (reading and dining area), 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, 1 laundry room and 1 garage (3 bicycles available in summer). ▶️ Upstairs: 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with 1 toilet. - Dragonfly Room (18 m2): 1 king size bed (180 x 200 cm). - Butterfly Room (11 m2): 1 queen size bed (160 x 200 cm). - Hirondelle Room (25 m2): 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm), 1 queen size bed (160 x 200 cm) and 1 sofa bed (140 x 190 cm). ▶️ Garden: 1 terrace and 1 pétanque court. Ideal for 2 families or a group of 6 adults, the house offers a capacity of 8 beds. All bedrooms have shutters or blackout blinds, and storage space for your personal belongings. Bed linen and bath towels are provided, as well as basic toiletries. Available for cooking: plancha, raclette machine, blender, toaster. Guest access Access to the accommodation will be autonomous! The Access Code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival at 8:00 a.m. Other things to note Close to Lake Bairon, 15 min from Vouziers and 40 min from Charleville-Mézières, the accommodation is a great base to explore the Ardennes in any season. Also visit Reims, which is 1 hour by car.
