Open plan living and dining area: Welcomes you with a black designer kitchen and an oak countertop. A cozy seating area invites you to linger. The dining table also serves as an ideal workspace for remote work, business trips or digital nomads. Fast WiFi is, of course, included. Fully equipped kitchen: stove, oven, fridge, kettle and coffee machine, so you can prepare a cozy breakfast or cook for yourself after a long day. Sleeping area: A comfortable 160 cm bed with a high quality mattress awaits you. Good blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. Modern bathroom: Impresses with its minimalist black and white design. The "Wald & Wind" apartment is a separate, lockable unit that is exclusively at your disposal. Privacy: Your living/sleeping area and bathroom are completely separate and private. Shared area: Please note that the hallway is partially shared, as I have access from there to my office across from the apartment. Check-in: By arrangement, either contactless via QR code or in person on site. Information: You will receive all necessary information and the access code in good time before your arrival via the Airbnb messaging function. Other things to note Getting there & surroundings: "Wald & Wind" is located on the edge of the forest in Marburg-Gisselberg. This ensures the tranquility and the view – but makes arriving by car the most convenient. Free parking is available directly on the street. Please note: The path to the apartment involves a steep climb and a few steps. The closest supermarket is not easily accessible on foot; by car, it's a few minutes away. There is a bus, but it only runs hourly. The Old Town, university and hospital are about 10 minutes away by car. Current notice: The building is currently being insulated and plastered. There may therefore occasionally be scaffolding in front of the window. However, this does not affect your apartment inside. Accessibility: The apartment is located in an existing building and is not fully accessible. There are steps on the way to the apartment. If you have any questions about accessibility or mobility, please contact me before booking. Laundry service: For longer stays, I offer a paid laundry service. Upon request, I will wash and dry your clothes in the house. You give me the laundry, I wash and dry it for you, and then I put it folded in front of your apartment door. We will be happy to clarify the exact costs and procedures before or during your stay via Airbnb messages.
