This peaceful farm stay offers countryside views, where guests can wake up to the sounds of chirping birds and grazing farm animals. Swap plain old weekends for hands-on farm fun, movie nights under starlit skies, or adventures near Mt Baw Baw, Bunyip State Park, Toorongo Falls, Blue Rock Dam, and Jacksons Track. A comfortable 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes. IMPORTANT NOTE: Cameras are located at the farm entrance and paddock gate for property security only. These are positioned solely for general property security and do not monitor or record any activity inside the tiny house Guest access Guests enjoy access to the tiny home and accessible areas, including the dining area with farm-style meals, cozy movie theatre, farm animal encounters, walking trails to open fields, creative crafts, and outdoor play. Preorders: Please order 24 hours in advance. - Firewood: $35 per tub - Breakfast: $20 per person (order by 3 PM day before) - Farm Tour: Free self-guided or $50 for a 1-hour guided tour Restricted Areas: Private farm operations, staff zones, animal rest areas, and equipment storage. Other things to note - Charcoal BBQ grill is available - Smoking is not allowed on the property - No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed - Mobile reception has good signals for all telco lines - Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows, and lock doors when leaving - We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge - Pets are allowed by 24 hrs prior notice, and must be on leash at all times. The full policy will be sent before arrival. Guest Advisory: - An AUD $200 cash deposit is required on arrival. This covers potential damages, extra cleaning, or charges for minibar items and other consumables based on usage. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days if no issues are found. Please ensure the tiny house is left tidy and clean. For any enquiries, kindly contact the land host. Important note: - Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present in the surrounding areas - For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests.
