The space A light, sunny, freshly appointed space comprising bedroom, kitchen diner, private, outside seating area that is dog safe. Large shower/wet room, separate toilet and hand wash basin. Bolingey Stream runs immediately underneath this room - and water noises are not unusual! Kitchen well equipped with sink, oven, kettle, toaster, microwave and assorted crockery and cutlery.
