Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The farm itself is located 10km from the township of Wandering and 21km to Boddington. With a gentle slope to the property, you can enjoy your morning coffee watching the animals in the paddocks below. Private parking on site for the 3-bedroom home that sits to the left driveway as you enter the property. Central living spaces are warmed by a slow combustion wood fire with full kitchen and laundry facilities are your disposal. The space Fully equipped kitchen will make you feel at home with a coffee machine and air fryer included. a spacious lounge with a large TV with all the app installed and ready for your sign in. there's ana additional 1.5 seater lounge that folds out to an additional single bed if you need it. The separate dining room gives you a great space for family meals or even to set up as an office. 2 bedrooms are side by side. One with a queen bed , one with double and single bed. we use only Sheridan linnen and towels so you can be sure you'll sleep well. A large bathroom with shower and a jet tub spa await you as well as 2 separate toilets. A fully equipped laundry with washer. dryer and clothes rack is exclusively yours to use. Outside you've got a verandah that overlooks the paddocks below and hils beyond. With outdoor seating and. a Webber you'll be in your element for delicious dinners. We are a working farm, and whikst we try our best to be respectful and minimise noise, the rooster and the ducks may have a different version of an appropriate time to start making noise!! Upon arrival you'll be greeted by our resident Great Dane who loves meeting new people and you may catch a glimpse of our farm cat Spud. We have chickens and ducks you are welcome to come and feed and collect the eggs from and in a few weeks time the Baby Nigerian Dwarf Goats and the Horses will be ready for pats and cuddles also.
