Small house 6 km from Mont St Michel

This small house will be ideal for hikers wanting to discover all the treasures scattered between Cancale and Granville, from the Bay of Mont St Michel. With one bedroom with a 160 cm bed and another with a 140 cm bed, this small house is perfect for a family break or for friends. Depending on the season, you can enjoy the garden furniture in its small vegetated courtyard or the sofa facing the pellet stove that gives a warm atmosphere to the downstairs room in winter. The space This small house is an outbuilding of our primary residence. We have just finished restoring it and there are still some finishes missing ;-) especially in the garden... which we plan to finish in the spring. But it has a lot of charm and keeps the spirit of country houses. The living room has kept its stone walls and small openings... which goes hand in hand with a certain very pleasant coolness in summer ;-) In winter, you will enjoy the warmth brought by the pellet stove. Guest access The small house is an annex to our main house. It's just across the driveway, but there's no one opposite. You will be completely independent. And you will enjoy the whole house: garden, living room, kitchen, two bedrooms and shower room Other things to note We are pleased to host you in this house, which is normally a pied-à-terre for our older children and our friends. We will ask you to either return it in the condition you found it in or pay an additional €50 to pick up a housekeeper after you and before the next hosts. We are happy to welcome our four-legged friends as well, but we still ask you to make sure they respect the house and garden for the following hosts: make sure your pet does not climb on the sofa or on the beds... If you have any fears or doubts... please take the necessary precautions by bringing blankets.
