The apartment is idyllically nestled in the local recreation area of Leichlingen, directly on the popular fruit hiking trail, near the strawberry and asparagus fields and just steps away from the Wupper River. Also ideal for (trade fair) visitors to Cologne (also by bus)/Düsseldorf by car. The space The bright and cozy apartment, completely renovated in 2025, can accommodate 2–3 people and is equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. Separate entrance & private covered terrace, overlooking the countryside and the garden pond. In summer, even without air conditioning, it is pleasantly cool. Quiet sleeping area with comfortable box spring bed, 160 cm x 200 cm. Open-plan living area with a comfortable, cozy sofa bed. Well-equipped kitchen with coffee machine (Senseo), kettle, microwave with oven function, mini air fryer for 1 to 2 people, fridge with freezer, induction hob. Dish soap, common spices, kitchen roll, towel and garbage bag available. Modern bathroom with shower, large bathtub & natural light. Towels, shower gel and soap are provided. WiFi included Bathroom, kitchen and hallway with underfloor heating. A workspace is available. Iron available. Washing machine available. Guest access Entire apartment with separate entrance, terrace and private free parking Other things to note Dogs must always be kept on a leash outside the apartment, including on the terrace and in the garden! Linens and towels are included. Other towels are to be received on site for a small extra charge (€5 per person in cash). Shower gel, soap, hair dryer, toilet paper, 1 guest towel, hangers and in the kitchen 1 dish towel, dish soap, common spices, paper towels are available. A private washing machine, detergent and iron are provided.
