Farmhouse in Söråker

Welcome to Lillhuset, our farmhouse with quiet location centrally located in Söråker. Here you live comfortably with room for 3-4 people. The sleeping areas are divided into a bedroom with a smaller double bed and single bed, in the living room there is a sofa bed. Wifi and TV with Chromecast. Pets are welcome, 2 cats live on the property. Electric car charger available. Please note that we only rent to private individuals, not to companies or via agents. The space The hall is bright and airy with plenty of storage space. Spacious kitchen with dining area for 4 people. Plenty of counter space and equipped with most things for cooking. The living room has a sofa bed (sleeps 1), a fireplace and a TV with Chromecast. The bedroom is separated by blackout curtains and has a smaller double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm). Large wardrobe for clothes storage. Pillows, duvets and extra blankets are available. Sheets and bed linens must be brought or can be rented - see information below. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and washing machine. Towels are to be brought or can be rented - see information below. The patio with lovely evening sun is furnished in summer, and there is a small charcoal grill. There is plenty of space to park next to the house. An EV charger can be used and is paid for per kWh. The accommodation includes duvets, pillows, blankets, basic spices, cooking oil, board games and puzzles. High chair available; please let us know when booking. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Please leave the house as tidy as when you arrived. Cleaning equipment is available. Cleaning can be booked for a fee of SEK 1,000. If so, please let us know when booking. Bed linens and towels can be rented for SEK 100 per person. If so, please let us know when booking. Guest access You have access to the whole house with its patio and part of the plot/lawn. Since we hosts live on the property, we show each other respect. The cats Doris & Bosse also live on the farm and will be curious about your guests.
