Village house with terrace and garden renovated with a concern for authenticity. The Marinette house is a family home that we have renovated and offered for rent since 2017 (but only this year on AirBnB). With an area of about 150 m2 (excluding the annex building), it is equipped to accommodate 12 people. The space On the ground floor: living room overlooking the garden, large kitchen opening onto a courtyard with covered terrace, large dining room, bathroom with shower, separate toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms (1 double bedroom with 160 cm bed - 2 double bedrooms with 140 cm bed - 1 children's bedroom with 3 x 2 bunk beds), 1 second bathroom with toilet and shower. In front of the house: Non-adjoining garden with annex building converted into a recreation room (street between house and garden does not pass). Equipment: gas cooker, gas plancha, 12-place dishwasher, large refrigerator, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, foosball, mini billiards, wifi, TV, DVD + DVD player, Bluetooth speaker, board games... Possibility of loaning 2 adult bikes (1 recent mountain bike, 1 old road bike) Please note: Linen not provided - Possibility to rent sheets on arrival (large beds: €12/bed/stay - children's beds: €10/set/stay) - Request to be made at least 10 days before the start of the stay In the village: several shops, services and leisure activities (grocery store - bread depot, butcher shop, post office, tourist office, paragliding school, multi-sport guides, pump track, city stadium...) Located in a beautiful setting, Arbas is a beautiful village that is an ideal base for many nature activities. From the village: hiking, road biking, mountain biking, paragliding, caving, fishing...
