Welcome to this lovely dormitory with night spaces separated by large curtains. At your disposal are 3 double beds, living room, bathroom and private toilet on the 1st floor of a late 18th century farmhouse. View of the Pyrenees, rural and quiet environment. To preserve your privacy, even a partial reservation of the dormitory automatically blocks any attempt to book other guests during the same period. The space This dormitory that can accommodate up to 7 people offers a friendly and relaxing stay for a whole family or group of friends. It consists of 4 sleeping areas, (3 areas with a double bed and 1 area with a single bed). This rental part that we call "La Ruche" is located at the place called Maupéré, close to the Château de Saint-Marcet, on the Comminges valleys facing the Pyrenees. Shops and amenities 12 minutes away in Saint Gaudens. Very quiet environment, facing south. Meadow and undergrowth adjoin this very old renovated farmhouse. IMPORTANT: In order to respect your privacy, the remaining unoccupied beds will not be offered for rent during your booking period and must therefore remain unused until your departure. Children are welcome from 7 years old only, in order to preserve their safety: pond and stairs are not secured. Guest access A GPS point can be provided to reach your destination. The hamlet is not served by public transport. A large, well-maintained grassy parking lot allows several vehicles to be parked safely. The entire facade of the farmhouse is very well lit in the evening. The entrance gives direct access to the staircase that leads to the dormitory located on the first floor. I am available to welcome you warmly upon your arrival and will also be present upon your departure. During your stay The Airbnb platform's Messaging allows you to circulate even more information and answer any questions you may have. It is with great pleasure that I am at your disposal from now on as well as during your stay. Other things to note Farm animals in the wild (chickens, roosters, ducks, as well as the owner's dog). Presence at the bottom of the property of an apiary that will give rise to a tasting of our various local honeys. Our locality very close to the Pyrenees foothills has an interesting relief conducive to various outdoor activities: hikes, road bike, mountain biking, horseback riding, visiting remarkable places, not to mention our very lively markets. You can find shopping centers, catering opportunities and tourist opportunities by discovering the city of Saint-Gaudens or Aurignac both about fifteen minutes from your accommodation. In our undergrowth you can introduce yourself to slackeline, or laze in a hammock lulled by the sweet chirping of birds perched in our big oak trees. This accommodation is not intended to allow you to compose or consume meals inside the premises. However, in your private living room we provide you with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a kettle necessary for your small morning snacks. On the ground floor a fridge and a microwave are reserved for you, useful for organizing your picnics. It will be possible for you to organize grilled plans outside if the weather lends itself to it. On this occasion, we can provide you with a barbecue, dishes, glasses, plates and cutlery. We wish you a pleasant shared moment in our beautiful rich and warm Comminge region. Please take note of the following guidelines for your stay”: - For security reasons, a photo copy of your ID must be sent to my Airbnb messaging system before you check in so I can verify that you are indeed the person who made the booking. - The entire floor, bedroom, living room and bathroom/toilet, is at your disposal (except for a room that will be closed as well as the contents of the shelves behind the blue curtain of the bathroom). - The entire rental space is a non-smoking. - In the relaxation area of the living room you will find kettle, coffee maker at your disposal. A sampling of coffee capsules and tea bags are offered upon arrival, as a welcome gesture. - The ground floor is privatized, occupied by the owners of the premises - At the entrance of this same ground floor a fridge and microwave are exclusively reserved for you in order to facilitate the preservation or heating of your food reserves if needed. - Our rental areas are not intended to allow you to shape or consume meals inside the premises, these are exclusively dedicated to overnight stays. Our garden area can however allow you to have a picnic in the fresh air and why not organize a barbecue on your initiative according to the weather. - Sheltered from large trees, you can also use the slackline (under your responsibility) or laze in the hammocks or at the edge of the pond. - When partially renting the dorm, unbooked beds should not be disturbed or used. - The good session is required from 11pm so that all occupants of the farmhouse can rest in peace.
