We’re a small, family-run business right here in Lincoln, and we love hosting! Whether you’re here to spot the Red Arrows zooming by from the nearby RAF base, explore the stunning cathedral, or just need a comfy crash pad for work, we’ve got you covered. Our cosy 2-bed house is perfect for families, contractors, explorers, and everyone in between. Whatever brings you to Lincoln, we’re excited to welcome you for a fun and relaxing stay! The space Facilities include: PRIVATE DRIVEWAY 2 bedrooms - beds can be set up as singles or king size. 1 Spacious and comfortable king size sofa bed Just let us know how you’d like the beds set up before you arrive! Especially if you make a last minute booking, otherwise we may set it up as all single beds. 1 bathroom with shower and bath Dining area with a big table and 6 comfortable chairs Fridge freezer Microwave Kettle Toaster Washing machine Driveway to park your car Shoe rack and bench Coat hanger Hair dryer Clothes rack and hangers Guest access Pick up the keys from the lock box after the check-in time 15:00 Check-out time is 10:00. Early check-in/check-out charge: is £10 per hour Please leave the property in a generally clean and tidy condition ❤️ Other things to note Where you can sleep: Bedroom 1 has 2 single beds. We can put them together to make 1 big king-size bed. Bedroom 2 also has 2 single beds. These can also become 1 big king-size bed.
