Excellent peaceful location near Gatwick Airport (about 10-15 minutes' drive). Country park right outside the doorsteps. The Langshott Manor hotel is a 5 minutes' walk. A high standard single-room with a designated bathroom. The setting of this listing is more of a Bed & Breakfast style (but without the breakfast element). Free WIFI (full fibre optic, highest speed). No TV in the room, but guests are welcome to come down into the sitting room to watch TV or to read. The space One single room with a dedicated bathroom outside the room. Guest access The only access for the guest is their room plus their allocated bathroom, and downstairs shared lounge if the guest wishes to watch TV or to read a book. No other area is permitted unless agreed with the host. A cooked full vegetarian breakfast in the dining area may be provided, upon request, with an additional cost. During your stay I am happy to interact with the guest.
